UV stabilizer ALD-788

ALD-788 UV stabilizer is a composite product of a new generation of polymeric high-molecular-weight Hindered Amine UV stabilizers, featuring excellent processing thermal stability, good compatibility, and superior water extractability. It demonstrates low-concentration, high-efficiency photothermal degradation resistance through mechanisms such as capturing radicals, eliminating their harmful effects, decomposing hydrogen peroxides, and quenching excited-state energy. As an outstanding universal UV stabilizer for both thick and thin products, it offers excellent cost-performance ratio. It serves as an exceptional general-purpose UV stabilizer for polymeric materials, applicable to photothermal aging prevention of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, polyformaldehyde, polyamide, polyester elastomers, as well as ABS and engineering plastics. For film products (LLDPE, LDPE, LLDPE/EVA), the dosage can be adjusted based on film thickness, geographical location, and covered crops, typically within 0.1%-2%. For polyolefin thick products (PP, HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE), the dosage can be adjusted according to weathering requirements and exposure conditions, generally ranging from 0.05% to 1%.
