PPA masterbatch

The composite PPA masterbatch ALD-278B is a new type of high-efficiency composite masterbatch developed by our company in collaboration with relevant institutions. It is primarily used in resin industries such as PE, PP, and PVC. This additive is made by mixing fluorinated polymer and PE base materials and granulating them. During processing, it forms a dynamic lubricating layer between the resin and the metal mold, thereby reducing the friction of the resin during extrusion and improving processing performance. Using this product can effectively eliminate melt fracture, reduce apparent water ripples and shark skin phenomena, solve crystallization and gelation issues, and enhance the glossiness of the product surface. It can reduce extrusion pressure, increase extrusion rate, decrease scrap rate during startup and shutdown, accelerate color switching, reduce energy consumption, and improve production efficiency. It can effectively reduce resin viscosity, eliminate die buildup, enhance continuous processing efficiency, and prolong equipment service life.
